I’m really busy and don’t have time for long workouts. Can this still work for me?

 

Absolutely! Many of the programs don't require a gym, and you can adjust the length of each session to fit your schedule. If you're short on time, you can easily shorten your workout and still make progress.​

 

Do I need specific equipment to use this app?

 

Most of the workouts are bodyweight-based, so no equipment is needed for those. However, for some strength exercises, you might need equipment like elastic bands, dumbbells, a chair, or a pull-up bar.​

 

Are the workouts suitable for beginners?

 

Definitely! While some sessions are more advanced, you can customize each workout to your skill level. Simply swap exercises for easier or more challenging options by using the arrows next to each exercise, ensuring that every program is adaptable to your experience
